Salt of Seven Canteens

(Sal de Siete Cantinas)

This is known in Mexican folk sorcery as one of the most powerful forms of salación.

Salt naturally cleanses, but salt gathered from bars and canteens carries the weight of countless stories—envy, heartbreak, quarrels, and loss. When prepared with ritual, it becomes a feared tool said to bring long‑lasting misfortune to its target.

Tradition says that when this salt is consecrated and worked properly, a home, business, or person touched by it will remain salado (crossed with bad luck) for up to seven years.

You have received the salt already collected.

All that remains is to consecrate it and prepare it for use.

You will need:

• The Salt of Seven Canteens (already provided)

• A glass container with a lid

• A few drops of your urine

• 7 drops of vinegar

How to Consecrate Your Salt:

1. Place a few drops of your urine in a clean glass container and leave it sealed for 7 days.

2. On the 7th day, add the salt you received into the container with the urine. Seal it and let it rest for another 7 days.

3. On the 14th day, add 7 drops of vinegar to the mixture. Seal it and let it rest for 1 more day.

4. On the 16th day, your salt is fully consecrated and ready to use.

Traditional Use:

Sprinkle a small amount of the consecrated salt in the shape of a cross at the entrance of the target’s home or business.

It does not have to be large—just enough to mark a cross.

If there are cameras or people nearby, sprinkle discreetly and use the sole of your left shoe to trace the cross.

Handle with care.

This salt is sold for traditional, educational, and ritual use in line with Mexican folk practices.
